Serving: 3 tablespoons1 cup nonfat sour cream
6 tablespoons agave
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Sweetly Curried Dipping Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in small bowl until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted sliced vegetables.
