Basil Curry Sauce

Serves: 10

Serving: 1/4 cup

   1 (16-ounce) jar mayonnaise
   3 ounces pineapple juice
   1 1/2 ounces agave
   1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
   1 teaspoon curry powder
   1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Basil Curry Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until service.
