Apricot Honey Oat Bar Cookies

   1 1/2 cups rolled oats
   1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
   1/2 cup agave
   1/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
   2 egg whites
   2 tablespoons wheat germ
   2 tablespoons flour
   3 tablespoons butter
   1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1/4 teaspoon salt

Apricot Honey Oat Bar Cookies is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake at 325F about 25 minutes or until center is firm and edges are lightly browned. Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
