Agave Sesame Dip for Vegetables

Serves: 7

Serving: 3 tablespoons
Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.

   3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
   1/4 cup rice vinegar
   1/4 cup agave
   3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
   1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
   1 clove garlic (small), minced
   3/4 teaspoon sesame oil
   1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
   Salt, to taste

Agave Sesame Dip for Vegetables is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and agave in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Dip may be stored tightly covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
