Agave Eggnog

Serves: 4

   3 cups milk
   1 egg, lightly beaten
   1/3 cup agave
   1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   1/8 ground nutmeg
   1/8 salt
   1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   1/2 teaspoon rum extract
   Whipped Topping

Agave Eggnog is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

In large saucepan, combine milk, egg, agave, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and rum flavoring. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping, as desired.
